Prior to becoming a personal trainer and strength coach I was an international middle distance athlete. The knowledge and experience I gained from competing at this level but also from working with high level coaches has allowed me to develop a tool kit of knowledge to help others push themselves to reach their goals. My aim is to create a positive environment to help you push yourself to improve your wellbeing whether that is to build muscle, lose fat, improve your performance in sport or improve your mental health. All programmes are personalised and tailored to your needs, along with nutritional advice and guidance.
